100% Graduate Employment Programme
In 2017, Berea Technical College launched the 100% Graduate Employment Programme (GEP) as a CSI initiative to help address the high percentage of unemployed youth in the country. The programme aims to assist our students to secure the necessary Work Integrated Learning (WIL) hours and internship to receive their qualification and enter the job market.
In addition, the Student Support Department assists graduates to secure employment by linking them up to various industries from our network database.
We are committed to grooming our students for employment, with job readiness skills, CV writing, interview training and workshops. Our goal is to equip our students with the qualification and skills to become employable, earn an income and to contribute to the country’s economic development.
