COURSE OVERVIEW
We live in a world where things are constantly changing thanks to the advancement of technology. This qualification is for individuals interested in bringing development within the construction industry via technology. As a learner, this programme combines several disciplines that will teach you how to use wellthought-out ideas to better your surroundings as a civil technician or a manager heading a construction project. As a construction professional in the making, you will get an opportunity to undergo on-site visits to put theory into practice.

Admission Requirements
- A National Senior Certificate with Mathematics, Geography/ Engineering Graphics & Design, or
- A Senior Certificate with Mathematics, Geography/ Engineering Graphics & Design/ Accounting, or
- An FETC/N2 Certificate in the relevant specialisation area, or
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Certification and Examination Authority
Upon successful completion of this programme, learners will receive a Certificate: Career Development Information Officer issued by the Quality Council for Trades & Occupations (QCTO).
Duration
Two (2) years full-time or three (3) years part-time

There are additional costs such as a drawing board, materials for model making and drawing instruments.
