COURSE OVERVIEW
If you are a well-organised individual who can work independently, then a career in Secretarial Studies might be a perfect match for you. The overall duty of a secretary is to assume the administrative tasks necessary to support managers and professionals. This Secretarial Studies qualification is designed to prepare learners to be competent professional secretaries working in an office and administrative service environment. The programme will equip learners with the necessary computer, communications and business administration skills.

Admission Requirements
- Grade 10 or equivalent
Certification and Examination Authority
Upon successful completion of this programme, learners will receive a Certificate: Career Development Information Officer issued by the Quality Council for Trades & Occupations (QCTO).

One (1) year full-time or two (2) years part-time
